Ezy2let was launched in 2006 by Alison Wood an experienced business woman who was frustrated by poor customer service in the property lettings arena, she was assisted by Nick Grimwood from Montara Enterprises Ltd, a successful entrepreneur with almost 30 years business experience in many industry sectors. After receiving poor service from an agent which resulted in not only loss of rent but a significant amount of property damage having also been sold a useless lettings insurance, Alison decided there must be ways to make the lettings process not just of a higher standard but also to simplify it and to reduce the costs and risks associated with the buy-to-let market. By re introducing the kind of Customer Service we had all forgotten to expect , driving the costs down considerably for both Landlords and Tenants along with making the process as simple as possible, Ezy2let believe they found a niche in the market that was just seriously lacking. Nick has held the position of interim Chief Executive Officer since launch, but has recently stood down from this position and now assumes the role of President. Alison is now acting Chief Executive Officer. Nick was bought on board from the begining and due to his wealth of business acumen has helped ezy2let to reach the point where they are now ready to offer their range of value for money services into more areas and become a household name in the world of lettings.
